Sync outlook with iPod touch : Introduction
When you first plug your iPod touch into your pc there are a number of items that are automatically synced. Normally default is that everything gets synced over.
You can synchronise the following
You set what you want to sync once and then simply plug in your iPod touch and it will sync everything you selected.
Synchronisation works both ways if you change something on your iPod touch it will upload it to your pc and if you change something on your pc it will upload it to your iPod.
You can if you choose just sync parts of your iPod touch. If you choose you could only sync your address book or just your photos. You can control every aspect of your synchronisation.

You will need to use iTunes on your pc to set which items you want syncing. Make sure you have the most up to date version of iTunes. iTunes will do this automatically but you can double check by going to Help and the Check for Updates.
